  • You have not violated any terms of service or misused the product or service leading to its malfunction.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Go to the ‘Activity’ section and locate the transaction you wish to refund.
  3. Click on the transaction to view its details.
  4. Click on ‘Issue a refund’ and follow the on-screen instructions.

4. Refund Amount

Refunds will be issued based on the original transaction amount. If the service or product has been partially used, the refund amount will be prorated accordingly.

5. Refund Timeframe

Once approved, the refund will be processed immediately, and funds should reflect in your PayPal account within 3-5 business days.

6. Non-refundable Transactions

Certain transactions may be non-refundable, including:

  • Fully delivered and accessed services or products.
  • Special promotional offers or discounted items.
  • Transactions older than 180 days.

7. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, we reserve the right to contest it. We recommend contacting us first to resolve any issues.
